Paleo Sweet Chilli Sauce
  1. Cut your chillis in half lengthwise and remove the seeds from 3 of the halves, leaving the fourth pepper with seeds intact.
  2. Place chillis into a food processor alongside garlic, ginger and water. Pulse until the chilli is finely chopped.
  3. Place mixture into a small saucepan alongside vinegar, honey and salt. Bring to the boil over a high heat.
  4. Reduce the heat until your sauce is at a simmer and simmer until thickened – around 15-20 minutes. Ensure you stir throughout to stop the mixture burning to the pan.
  5. Allow sauce to cool and then add to a glass jar and store in the fridge.
