- 1/2 small Crown pumpkin (diced)
- 400 grams Beef mince
- 1 small Onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed and diced)
- 3 Mushrooms (cut chunky)
- 1 Carrot (finely diced)
- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2/3 cup Beef stock
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 25 grams Butter
- 1 pinch Coconut sugar (sprinkled - optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
