Oh man these are actually so delish! Love a good recipe experiment that turns out amazing! Since I’m trying to be 30 days chocolate free (I don’t count cacao/cocoa as chocolate) I didn’t put any extra in these, however they were deffo crying out for some gooey warm choc chunks in them 😛

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond flour (fine)
- 1/2 cup Cacao or Cocoa
- 1/3 cup Coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Arrowroot flour
- 1/3 cup Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup Macadamia nuts (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup Over 70% dark chocolate (optional)

- Preheat your oven to 180c and line a small tin (I used a brownie tin) with baking paper. In a bowl mix together your almond flour, cocoa, coconut sugar, macadamias, chocolate chunks, salt, baking powder & tapioca; set aside. Melt your coconut oil. Once melted, add your egg and vanilla to it and then stir into your dry mix. Spread it out as evenly as possible in the tray and then pop in the oven to bake for 15 minutes. YUM!
