This spicy little number has just the right amount of warmth to it (I say warmth, not heat, because it’s actually pretty mild!) and has so many tasty flavours going on. We all know by now that I’m pretty partial to using plenty of those warm spices in my meals especially when they lend themselves to mexican/cajun/south american flavours.
YUM. The only way I can describe this salad. This is my go to and one of my absolute all time ultimate favs.
There’s something about the flavoursome chicken, combined with creamy dreamy homemade mayo and Culley’s Chipotle Sauce that my palate just really agrees with. I eat this salad often and its regularly featured on my blog.
We all know by now that cauliflower is a miracle low carb ingredient delivered directly into our hands by the gods. The smell of preparing it is worth it for the foods we can make from it, and so on and so forth.
These sloppy joes are definitely workplace friendly and reheatable the next day. You could definitely meal prep them, however if weight loss is your goal then I wouldn’t eat them more than 2-3 times a week. These are fab for that carb hit from the kumara and a much better source of carbohydrate than bread!
Carrot Fries are something I discovered when I wanted an alternative to kumara chips. When I first started my weight loss mission, I wasn’t very adventurous with vegetables and for the first month I probably ate kumara chips every night for dinner. Clearly this is before I realised I needed to lower my carbohydrate intake further.
